Job Description:
We are hiring a Development Manager (Java) in Ahmedabad.
Position: Development Manager (Java)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 5+ years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure high-quality code by performing unit testing and code reviews.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for code and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in C#.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor (preferred).
- Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
