• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures that ensure the integrity and accuracy of the financial information.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and external stakeholders.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes and provide analysis of financial results against the budget.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the management team to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Cash flow management, compliance & audit, cost accounting, Capital & Financial forecasting & planning.
• Financial advice to support decision-making on pricing, cost control, and investment planning.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Liaise with Indian government authorities on various tax and compliance matters.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of cost accounting, variance analysis, and budgeting
• Finance professional with expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel

Experience – Minimum 7 – 10 Years

Qualification: Master Degree / Bachelor’s degree in commerce/ MBA in Finance/ CA Inter
