We are hiring a E - Commerce Executive in Ahmedabad.

Position: E-Commerce Executive

(Male candidates only)

Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad
Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (Both can apply)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in the E-Commerce Field
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
2. Handling order processing, inventory updates, and coordination with logistics partners.
3. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
4. Ensuring accurate and timely updates of product information, prices, and offers.
5. Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock management.
7. Developing strategies to improve online sales and visibility.
8. Generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with online marketplace portals and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
