Job Description:

Role Overview: 

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, standardizing processes, and enhancing team performance. Initially, the position will serve as a backup for the Head of Operations and Efficiency, with the potential to transition into a primary leadership role if required. You will work closely with UK-based and offshore teams, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and scalability as the business grows. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Operational Excellence
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with automation experts to integrate AI and software solutions into daily operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with UK property management regulations. 
  1. Process Optimization
  • Drive efficiency improvements through automation and technology, reducing manual tasks.
  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement practical solutions to address them.
  • Oversee the deployment of tools like Fixflo, Imfuna, Reapit, Street  and other property management software. 
  1. Team Leadership
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering independence and accountability.
  • Provide training and support to ensure adherence to company processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to align team activities with company objectives. 
  1. Reporting and Performance Management
  • Use data analytics platforms like Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present performance reports to the company’s leadership team.
  • Ensure operational readiness for scaling new business opportunities. 
  1. Collaboration with Growth Teams
  • Work alongside the Growth and Strategy team to ensure operational scalability for market expansion initiatives.
  • Support efforts to acquire and onboard new properties into management efficiently. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in service-based industries (e.g., property management, BPO, shared services).
  • Proven track record of process improvement, SOP development, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage remote teams effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and optimizing workflows.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new industries and regulatory frameworks.
