3. Strong Planning analytical & Problem-Solving Skill
4. Knowledge of Plant setup, Policies & procedure Implementation
5. Knowledge of visual Management

3. Leading VSM, QOS,TPM, Kaizen, 6’s Activities
4. Supervising QOS Implementation & analysing product, Process issue
5. Product/ Process / Supplier Audit
6. Leading MIS Activities
7. Time study, Process Flow study & Implementation
