Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Computer Operator with a strong foundation in basic Microsoft Word and Excel functions. In addition to your basic computer skills, knowledge of billing processes will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, document creation, and managing billing records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Document Management:
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create, edit, and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents as per company guidelines.
- Organize and store digital files efficiently for easy access and retrieval.

Billing & Invoice Processing:
- Assist with generating, processing, and tracking invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions.
- Collaborate with the accounts or finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies.

General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones, managing schedules, and handling customer queries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and physical mail.

Data Management:
- Ensure accurate entry of data into various systems, including customer information and financial records.
- Regularly update and maintain databases to ensure information is current and accurate.

Other Duties:
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the team or management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with billing procedures and invoice generation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance is advantageous but not required.
