Job Description:
Position: QC Chemist
Location: Jodhpur
Experience: 5 - 6 years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:

Testing and Analysis:
- Conduct physical and chemical analysis of minerals, including limestone, quick lime, hydrated lime, coal, and water.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Use laboratory equipment and techniques for accurate and reliable testing.
- Lab Operations Management:
- Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment regularly.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and guidelines.
- Report Preparation:
- Compile and interpret test data to prepare detailed and accurate reports.
- Document analysis results and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes.
- Client Interaction and Visits: Conduct client visits across the country for on-site testing and analysis as needed.
- Address client queries regarding testing processes, results, and product quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance:
- Ensure all testing and analysis meet industry and organizational standards.
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes.
- Stay updated on advancements in testing methods and industry requirements.
- Team Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with production, sales, and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.
- Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and guide junior lab staff as needed.
- Research and Development Support:
- Contribute to the development of new testing methods or product formulations.
- Participate in experiments to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in mineral analysis.
- Travel and Fieldwork:
- Travel to client locations for sample collection and testing as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of test results during client visits.
- Adapt to varying field conditions while maintaining the integrity of testing procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Testing &
- Analysis techniques.
- Familiar with Lab equipment.
Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
Salary: - Up to 4.20 LPA
