Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. This role involves working across various online channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with customers to boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Analyze digital trends and provide insights to improve online marketing initiatives.

Content Management:
- Create, curate, and manage content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Ensure that the content is consistent with the brand’s tone and messaging.

Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage the target audience.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website traffic and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI through effective targeting and bidding strategies.

Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and drip campaigns.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click rates, etc.) and optimize for better results.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on website traffic, social media engagement, and digital marketing performance.
- Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations to improve digital strategies.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content for both digital and offline channels.

Market Research:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Stay informed about industry changes, tools, and techniques to keep the company’s digital marketing efforts innovative.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), social media platforms, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and CMS (Content Management Systems).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creativity: A creative mindset to develop engaging campaigns and content.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze digital data and apply insights to improve strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
