Job Description:

Position:           PPC Engineer

Location:          Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Experience:      2 - 4 Years

Industries:       Rubber

Responsibilities:

• Work with Plant Manager To achieve Production Plan and Targets on Daily/ Monthly /total year basis

• Review Orders Technically and Generate Job Cards / Discreet Jobs for Production / Mfg. Team
• Ensure that optimum inventory level of Finished Goods (FG) in Factory maintained to meet or exceed customer order and Deliver demand plan forecast and volume
• Work with Supply Chain team to identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory and establishing safety stock parameters in consultation with stores
• Liaise with CRM and Logistics for any supply-related issues (e.g. quantity delivered, reformulation, pricing, delivery schedule, etc.
• Work with Production for daily shipment planning
• Responsible to input demand data in system
• Close follow up on back order, documentation discrepancy and proactively communicating issues with corrective actions Support to ensure 100% master data maintenance accuracy Sourcing activities

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel

• Spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot table and Skill in Powerpoint presentation will be preferred.
• Good time management and ability to work to tight timelines Pro-active, can-do attitude, and ability to engage effectively with other functions
• Basic Knowledge of MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) principles
• Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning principles Excellent communication skills, and confidence to communicate effectively with people both inside and outside of the organisation
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
