Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Account Executive with extensive experience in managing accounts in the broking business. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in GST, TDS, finalization of accounts, bank reconciliation, and other financial regulations while demonstrating expertise in overseeing end-to-end financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Handle accounts finalization, GST filings, TDS calculations, bank reconciliation, and timely submission of returns.
• Manage financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss accounts.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor and improve internal accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting within the broking business.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts, accounts finalization, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant laws/regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA Inter or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting within the broking sector.
• Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 30 days.
