  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound & outbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Provide information on services, promotions, and treatments offered at the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth communication.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare / Insurance sector preferred
  • Basic computer skills.

Location – Dumdum Motijheel
for Manager – team handling experience must (Total Experience – min 6 years)
