Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify, target, and onboard nurseries, interior showrooms, and related businesses for selling Dudhi’s
decorative planter range.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through consistent market research and
networking.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Engage with nursery owners, interior product showroom managers, and décor consultants to showcase
the features and benefits of Dudhi’s planters.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of different clientele in the interior design and
landscaping sectors.

3. Product Presentation and Promotion:
• Conduct presentations, in-store displays, and product training sessions for customers and showroom
teams.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Represent Dudhi Industries at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for
growth.
• Provide feedback to the management team for product innovation and pricing strategies.

5. Coordination and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections using CRM
tools.
• Provide regular performance reports to the management team, highlighting successes and areas for
improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification:
• Must have completed full-time graduation (no correspondence courses).

Experience:
• 5–8 years of experience in sales of decorative or interior design products through nurseries, interior
product showrooms, or related retail channels.
