Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis
 Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor
strategies, and customer behavior.
 Analyze market potential, identify opportunities, and evaluate risks for product
launches and market entry.
2. Competitor Analysis
 Identify key competitors, their product offerings, strengths, weaknesses, and
market positioning.
 Track competitor activities and market share to provide actionable insights for
strategic planning.
3. Target Customer Profiling
 Define and segment the target customer base for new and existing products.
 Gather and analyze data on customer preferences, needs, and buying behaviors.

4.Market Entry & Product Launch Strategies
 Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for entering new markets or
launching new products.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product
Development) to align market strategies with business objectives.
5.Data-Driven Insights

 Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decision-
making.

 Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, competitor
intelligence, and customer insights.

6.Forecasting & Trend Analysis

 Develop forecasting models to predict future market trends and identify potential
disruptions or opportunities.
 Stay updated on industry developments and emerging market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Educational Qualification: Must have completed full-time education (no
correspondence courses).
 Experience:

o 5-10 years in market analyst role in manufacturing or building material
industry
o Minimum 5 years of work experience in the building material industry with
project sales experience in competitive industries like Building Materials, White
Cement, Paints, Plywood, PVC Plumbing Pipes, Electrical and Switchgear,
Sanitary Ware and Bathroom Fittings, or Air-conditioning.
