Job Title: Relationship Manager – Large Corporate

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients.
- Act as the single point of contact for addressing client requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly interact with senior stakeholders of client organizations to understand their business needs and financial goals.

Business Development
- Identify and acquire new large corporate accounts to expand the portfolio.
- Cross-sell Bajaj Finserv’s products and services, such as loans, credit solutions, insurance, and wealth management services, to meet revenue targets.
- Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and existing client connections.

Portfolio Management
- Monitor and manage the portfolio performance, ensuring credit quality and profitability.
- Perform regular reviews of the financial health and creditworthiness of client companies.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and risk management policies.

Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
- Develop tailored financial solutions to meet the complex needs of large corporate clients.

Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, credit, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Coordinate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

- Proven track record of managing large corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
