Job Title: Relationship Manager – Large Corporate

Department: Corporate Banking

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients.
    • Act as the single point of contact for addressing client requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly interact with senior stakeholders of client organizations to understand their business needs and financial goals.
  2. Business Development

    • Identify and acquire new large corporate accounts to expand the portfolio.
    • Cross-sell Bajaj Finserv’s products and services, such as loans, credit solutions, insurance, and wealth management services, to meet revenue targets.
    • Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and existing client connections.
  3. Portfolio Management

    • Monitor and manage the portfolio performance, ensuring credit quality and profitability.
    • Perform regular reviews of the financial health and creditworthiness of client companies.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and risk management policies.
  4. Market Analysis

    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
    • Develop tailored financial solutions to meet the complex needs of large corporate clients.
  5. Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, credit, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
    • Coordinate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

  • Proven track record of managing large corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
