Position:        Asst. Manager - Estimation

Location:       Vadodara

Experience:    5 - 6 Years

Industries:     Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Lead estimation for large-scale heavy engineering projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and vendors for accurate cost assessments.
• Manage client relationships, providing updates on costs, timelines, and proposals.
• Coordinate with project teams to align estimates with technical requirements.
• Identify risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Support sales and business development in bid preparation.
• Maintain records of estimates, bids, and contracts.
• Provide regular reports on budget forecasts and project progress.
• Determine project scope, define requirements, works with UFI team and others to coordinate production, meet deadlines and customer requirements. 
• Follow the Estimating life‐cycle in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures. 
• Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities. 
• Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.
• Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures. 
• Provide financial reporting, trending data. Perform data analysis and development. 
• Develop and/or revise manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
