Job Description:

Job Title: Chief-Site Incharge

Function: Projects
Reports to: Head - Projects Management
Location: Ganpatiphule / Pondicherry
Level: 10
Positions: 2

Job Purpose:

To execute projects as per schedule, cost, and quality standards through close monitoring and coordination across multiple sites in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.
• Conduct micro-level monitoring of all project parameters.
• Lead and manage a team of Project Leaders/Managers.
• Implement value engineering initiatives at site level.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and corporate teams.
• Address and resolve local and site-specific issues.
• Ensure regular site visits and extensive on-site presence.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 12-15 years of experience.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15-18 years of experience.
• Postgraduate degree in Project/Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent).

Experience & Skills:

• Successfully completed a minimum of 5 hotel/resort projects from concept to completion.
• Proficient in Civil, MEP, Interiors, Landscaping, and high-end finishes.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and civil/structural works.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
• Experience working on remote sites and managing extensive travel schedules.
