Job Description:

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Salary Range: Best in industry (It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll)

Working Days: 5 days a week Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday off 

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Contract: Auto-renewable (performance-based)


Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Spares planning and its distribution / logistics activity.

2. Responsible for Vendor Management activities, which includes the timely processing of payment and vendor onboarding activities.

3. Responsible for executing the Service and AlinIQ orders of customer.

4. Ensure the instrument placement data to be updated in Abbott’s fixed asset register on monthly basis.

5. Responsible for maintaining records of physical instrument movement and update the data into internal software (SEAS/ SAP).

6. Ensuring the monthly reconciliation of Spares Trunk Inventory at various depot across nation.

7. Ensure the timely submission of monthly reports to Service, Supply Chain and Finance function.

8. Executing the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order for all vendors of Service and Supply chain and submit the monthly provision to finance team.

9. Responsible for the coordination of secondary and reverse logistics movement of pathology instruments.

10. Ensure timely delivery of instruments in synchronization with Service Engineer, Salesperson and external logistics partner.

11. Responsible for sharing the requirement of instrument accessories on a monthly basis to Inbound planner.

12. Support the supply chain team in executing the adhoc request from other teams/ functions along with execution of IT related project.

13. Support provided in internal Audits of Supply chain processed

- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, warehousing and logistics management.

- Ability to think strategically and develop plans for driving supply chain efficiencies.

- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)

- Experience with SAP, EDI and order-to-cash processes

- Experience working with large data sets and analytical frameworks to identify trends and solve problems

- Ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with customer-centric focus and sense of urgency.
