Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for affordable housing loans through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
- Build, maintain, and grow a network of DSAs to drive loan disbursements.
- Conduct regular meetings and updates with DSAs to ensure alignment on business goals.

Channel Development & Relationship Management:
- Identify, onboard, and train DSAs on product offerings, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow.
- Monitor and evaluate DSA performance to ensure productivity and quality of leads.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Develop strategies to source potential customers for affordable housing loans through DSAs.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Promote cross-selling of other products to existing customers.

Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competition to devise strategies to capture market share.
- Identify potential opportunities and areas for expansion of the affordable housing loan segment.

Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that all loan applications sourced through DSAs comply with the company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control delinquency rates by ensuring thorough due diligence of borrowers.

Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the product team for enhancing the loan offerings.
