Job Description:

Position:           AGM - Maintenance

Location:          Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Experience:      15 - 25  Years

Industries:       Chemical 

Responsibilities:  

• Lead the electrical and mechanical maintenance operations within the plant.
• Oversee and execute regular preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues that arise within plant operations, ensuring minimal production disruption.
• Review and optimize existing maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team productivity and equipment uptime.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, regulations, and environmental policies in all maintenance activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during maintenance work, especially for high-voltage equipment and heavy machinery.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality control teams to address maintenance-related challenges.
• Participate in meetings with senior management to report on maintenance performance and discuss plans for future improvements.

 Required Skills:

• Good Communication
• Good Leadership Skill
• Knowledge of IMS, 5S, KAIZEN & TPM.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical

Salary: - Upto 14.00 LPA
