Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical QC Supervisor to oversee the mechanical quality control activities. The ideal candidate will possess a 3-year Diploma or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the mechanical domain, and at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a similar role. The candidate must be Aramco-approved and must possess the required competency to ensure the highest standards of mechanical quality are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Mechanical Quality Control (QC) team to ensure that all activities are carried out according to industry standards, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments of mechanical systems, equipment, and components to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Implement and maintain effective QC procedures for mechanical activities, including welding, fabrication, and installation of mechanical components.
• Ensure that the project complies with Aramco standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor the quality control process, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on inspections, quality reports, and non-conformance issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any quality-related concerns or issues.
• Perform pre-inspection checks and assist in final FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) activities.
• Supervise and guide QC inspectors and mechanical technicians.
• Train team members on the latest industry standards, techniques, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and review QC reports, ensuring all corrective and preventive actions are documented and tracked.
• Ensure that the team adheres to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• 3-Year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the mechanical field, with a strong focus on quality control activities.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical QC Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Aramco approval is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in quality control of mechanical systems, welding, fabrication, installation, and testing processes.
• Familiarity with relevant international codes, standards, and practices (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
• Certifications:
• Completion of CBT (Competency-Based Training) is compulsory.
• Basic safety certifications (e.g., Basic H2S, First Aid, etc.) preferred.
