Job Description:

Job Title: Telecom supervisor

 Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Year of Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary: 3500-4500 SAR

Working hours: 10 hrs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Lead telecom teams, ensuring efficient and safe execution of tasks.
• Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment (radio, satellite, etc.).
• Network Optimization: Monitor and improve network performance and reliability.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and industry protocols.
• Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control for telecom projects and equipment.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for equipment and services.
• Reporting: Maintain records and generate reports on system performance and issues.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (IT, operations, etc.) for seamless integration.
• Security: Ensure secure data transmission and network protection.
• Training: Provide training and development to telecom staff.

Qualifications-

• Diploma or engineering in Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Supervision experience with telecom products installation and commissioning.
