Job Description:

Job Title: Procurement Manager (Aramco Approved)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 9,000 - 11,000 SAR/Month (Basic) + Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT)

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and achieving organizational goals efficiently. The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of proven experience in the procurement domain and hold valid Aramco approval as a prerequisite.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Procurement Management:

 

Develop, implement, and monitor procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational objectives.

Ensure compliance with Aramco standards and regulations in all procurement activities.

 

Vendor and Supplier Management:

 

Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors and suppliers to meet project needs.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.

 

Material and Service Procurement:

 

Plan and execute the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for Aramco-related projects.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to project schedules.

 

Budget and Cost Control:

 

Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other essential documentation.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

 

Coordinate with internal departments, project managers, and stakeholders to align procurement activities with project requirements.

Resolve issues related to procurement delays, quality, or compliance.

 

Regulatory Compliance:

 

Ensure adherence to local laws, international standards, and Aramco-specific guidelines in procurement practices.

 

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the oil and gas sector or Aramco projects.

Approval: Must hold valid Aramco approval as a Procurement Manager.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.

In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and market dynamics.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Other:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Knowledge of Saudi procurement laws and regulations.
