  • Designation – HR Executive
  • About us- Company specializing in executing Interior Turnkey Projects across India. With over two decades of experience in the Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality Industry, we have successfully delivered projects for esteemed clients such as Taj Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Hiranandani, Rustomjee, and more.
  • Qualification – Graduate / HR Related Course
  • Experience – Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Work Timings – 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
  • Working Days – Monday to Saturday
  • Work Location –  Andheri - East
  • Salary- Basis current package and experience. Plus Performance base bonus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions and candidate requirements.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities and events.
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and provide resolution strategies.

3. Learning and Development

  • Assess training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and certifications.
  • Track employee skill progression and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

4. Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems.
  • Coordinate regular performance reviews with managers and employees.
  • Assist in setting employee goals and tracking performance metrics.
  • Address performance improvement plans where necessary.

7. Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment success, and engagement levels.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
