Designation:  Senior Marketing Manager

Experience : At least 4 yrs. & 5 member Team handling 

Requirements:

 Self-Motivated and Self-Starter: The role requires individuals who can work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward tasks and responsibilities.

 Performance Observation Period: The initial 3 months will be a probationary period during which the company will assess the candidate's performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values.

 Role Assignment: After successful completion of 6 months, including the probation period, the candidate will be assigned a specific role based on their demonstrated skills, contributions, and company requirements.

 Leadership and motivational skills.

 Team Handling capacity

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Quick and effective decision-making based on data and insights.

 Addressing and resolving team issues constructively.

Salary Package:   25K + Travelling
