We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in accounting who are eager to expand their skills and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including data entry and financial transactions.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and other financial reports.
• Work closely with senior accounting team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Generate and analyze financial reports using Excel to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
•  knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, 
• Familiarity with accounting software ( with Tally, QuickBooks, or any ERP systems is a plus).
• Good understanding of financial statements and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Exposure to working in a corporate environment
