Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0, including automation, IoT, AI, and data analytics for operational efficiency.
Sustainability Initiatives: Lead projects to achieve energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainable practices in steel manufacturing.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Team Management: Build and mentor technical teams, fostering innovation and a high-performance culture.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and sales, to align technological advancements with business needs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Budget Oversight: Manage technology budgets and evaluate ROI for technological investments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technical strategies and innovations to stakeholders, including executives and investors.
