Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Channel Sales / Dealer Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our dealer network and drive sales for modular kitchen and kitchen hardware products in Hyderabad region. This role involves frequent travel and a focus on acquiring new dealers and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new dealers in Hyderabad.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales through dealer network and maintain strong relationships.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Travel: Frequent travel to meet dealers/Channel partners and explore business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in channel/dealer sales (modular kitchen or related industries).
  • Skills: Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across Hyderabad(expenses covered).
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software
