Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of company premises, ensuring that they are well-maintained, secure, and conducive to employee productivity.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, including catering, housekeeping, and security.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and effective management of HR-related expenses.
• Ensure the implementation of workplace safety protocols and wellness programs.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, including ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives that align with the overall goals of the manufacturing business.
• Develop policies that align with the operational needs of the manufacturing floor while ensuring employee satisfaction and legal compliance.
• Lead a team of HR and administrative personnel, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and professional development.
• Mentor and guide junior HR staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead the integration and development of ex-servicemen into the workforce, leveraging their leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills.
• Organize initiatives for recognizing and supporting ex-servicemen employees in the company.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate
