Job Description: Senior Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer (Male candidates only) to lead engineering projects and drive technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration, ensuring that projects meet quality and regulatory standards.

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
2. Provide advanced technical expertise and resolve complex engineering issues.
3. Mentor, guide, and support junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
5. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
6. Prepare and review technical documentation, designs, and reports.
7. Conduct regular project reviews to track progress and address potential risks.
8. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
10. Act as a point of escalation for technical challenges within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, and quality standards.
