Position:        Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - IT (Hardware)

Location:       Daman

Experience:    8 - 10 Years

Industries:     FMCG - MNC

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ICT Hardware Operations: Manage the development, performance and maintenance of all IT hardware within the organization.

• Team Management: Lead and direct the hardware maintenance team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the ICT hardware budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all hardware operations comply with relevant laws, regulations and best practices.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring the reliability and availability of ICT services.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Project Management: Plan and oversee hardware-related projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and recommend new technologies to improve business operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Technical competencies in Microsoft technologies.
• Microsoft Certification is a plus.
• Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
