• Installation & Commissioning of new equipment .
• To provide training for operational of the machine to the customers team.
• Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.
• Manage customer calls and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.
• To prepare report of every site complaints/call ,maintain daily report of service and submit to Manager.
• Generate spares parts leads

Qualification / Skill :

• Degree / Diploma in electrical with 2-3 Yrs. experience in related field or equivalent.
• Must have good technical knowledge & must be able to understand electrical drawing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
• Good Verbal and written communication skill.
• Candidate should be Local.
