Job Description:
Position: Officer/Executive – Store & Dispatch
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 2 - 7 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the accurate storage of goods in the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure that products are well organized and accounted for.
- Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize warehouse space.
- Track goods received, ensuring correct documentation and labeling.
- Dispatch Operations:
- Plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of orders to customers or retailers.
- Ensure all dispatches are completed accurately, with appropriate packing and labeling.
- Prepare delivery documentation and dispatch lists.
- Taking care of entire RM , PM store operation material handling, record maintaining, stock checking
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain an organized system for dispatch schedules and back orders.
- Quality Control:
- Perform regular quality checks on products before dispatch to ensure they meet company standards.
- Handle returns and defective goods as per company policies, ensuring documentation and proper handling.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, incoming, and outgoing goods.
- Update inventory systems and report discrepancies to the management.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dispatch and stock reports for management review.
- Team Coordination:
- Supervise and guide junior staff or helpers working in the store and dispatch area.
- Coordinate with the production or sales teams to understand dispatch priorities and deadlines.
- Assist in training new staff on inventory and dispatch processes.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse.
- Handle hazardous or fragile materials according to established safety guidelines.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Strong analytical abilities
- problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry/B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
