Job Description: Outbound Sales Executive – Tender Department Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our Tender Department. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, government procurement departments, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and secure tenders.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: o Identify and approach potential distributors and clients within the government and corporate sectors. o Promote company products/services and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. o Drive sales growth by participating in tender processes and securing orders.
2. Tender Management: o Monitor tenders and procurement opportunities from government and corporate departments. o Submit detailed tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
3. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, procurement officers, and decision-makers. o Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and presentations to promote products/services. o Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting: o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in government and institutional sales. o Provide regular updates on sales activities, tender status, and competitor insights. o Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in tender management, government procurement, or B2B markets.
Strong understanding of the tendering process and government procurement policies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and stakeholders.

Gender: Male (Age limit up to‐ 40)
Salary Package: Fixed Salary‐ between 25K to 30K (Depends on Experience)
