Lead Generator
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads for our outsourcing
services primarily in the USA and Australian markets.
• Market Research: Conduct detailed research on prospective clients and industries
to identify key business opportunities.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to decision-makers and engage in insightful discussions
about our offerings, effectively introducing our services.
• Email Campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns targeting leads to build
interest and awareness about our solutions.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM
system to track progress, follow-ups, and ensure lead conversion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead
generation strategies and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales
pipeline.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets and
KPIs set by the management.
• Coordination with Marketing Agency: Coordinate with the marketing agency to
manage social media posts, website updates, and other marketing activities to
support lead generation efforts
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales
development, preferably within the KPO industry.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the outsourcing market, particularly for the
USA and Australian regions, is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a
focus on client engagement.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft
Office Suite.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards setting targets with a high level of
motivation and energy.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on
achieving measurable results.
• Qualification: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not
mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with international markets (USA & Australia).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other social media platforms for
prospecting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Compensation:
• Fixed Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
• Variable Salary: Performance-based incentives linked to lead generation targets.
