Job Description:

Objective of the Role:

Lead the strategic direction of a fast-growing real estate company backed by premier investors. Work directly with the CEO and leadership team, significantly influencing business outcomes and organizational growth. Build and lead a high-performing strategy team, shaping the future of the company. Be part of an innovative and entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and execution will have a direct impact.

Reports to: CEO

Serve as a key liaison between the strategy team and the CEO, ensuring effective communication and execution of the CEO’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee the strategy team to design, implement, and drive company-wide strategic initiatives and objectives.
  2. Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define long-term business goals and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
  3. Manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
  4. Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and risks, guiding business decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain scalable frameworks for tracking and reporting performance, including setting KPIs and evaluating progress against organizational goals.
  6. Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  7. Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, innovation, and process optimization to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
  8. Mentor and develop the strategy team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Skills/Abilities:

  1. Proven experience in leading strategy teams, with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution.
  2. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
  3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and mentor high-performing teams.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  5.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  6.  Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  7.  Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or leadership roles in real estate, startups, or related industries is preferred.

Education & Experience: 

  • IIT/IIM (IIT Mandatory), MBA preferred
  • Min 5-7 Years in Service Industry
