Job Description:

Position:          Dispatch Officer

Location:         Silvassa

Experience:     1 - 2 Years

Industries:      Textile

Responsibilities:

•  Take care of sales dispatch related activities and co-ordination.
•  To handle all type of Dispatch/ sales activity  of plant.
•  To monitor Daily stock and planning for dispatch.
•  Responsible for the shifting of finish goods from Production area and sorting in warehouse in appropriate manner.
•  Co-ordination with Transporter and keep track of drivers of vehicle for dispatch.
•  To handle labour for loading and unloading.
•  To assist in dispatch and logistic planning.
•  Responsible for all paperwork and filing relating to dispatch and logistics.
•  Documentations of Dispatch’s data entry in Tally ERP.

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adapt at computer skills 
• Team player
• Good in communication

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation 

Salary:  Upto 2.40 LPA
