Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Associate

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Salary Range: Best in industry (It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll)

Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri) and (Sat and Sun off)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (may require flexibility during closing days)

Contract: Auto-renewable (performance-based)

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Assist ASR in conducting Basic PV Training of company staff, i.e., by assigning, training and tracking compliance.
• Send reminders to defaulters and provide status update to the ASR.
• Maintain all the records for training provided/delivered by ASR, includes soft and hard copy archival in respective files and folders.
• Document and archive all training related communications in dedicated share drive.
• Present periodic status on assignment and tracking of training to project leads/ASR
• Administrative PV activity support at EPD India like but not limited to documentation, archival, filing, and other PV activities.
• Support ASR during audits and inspections as applicable.
• Assist affiliate PV ISOtrain coordinator by ensure that Affiliate PV & Non-PV functions are assigned with all applicable PV relevant training modules in ISOtrain.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or life-sciences degree (or equivalent) and/ or Diploma or certification in Pharmacovigilance

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

• Experience of working within the international pharmaceutical industry and in particular, Pharmacovigilance is preferred.

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint).

Position Accountability/Scope:

• Accountable for completion and tracking of the annual Basic PV training for all employees at Abbott (all Affiliates), as assigned.

Position requires oversight and guidance.
