Service Manager
Job Description:
Daily job allocation to field resource on a daily basis and managing a team of AV engineers, project managers and technicians for execution of ongoing projects from start to finish as per design documents.
Excellent customer management, PMC and all stakeholders involved in the project.
Monitor project progress and timelines to ensure deadlines are met Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise at site or by the AV engineer at the time of installation either self or organize the right resource.
Manage delivery of material at site in co-ordination with logistics and end customer, and ensure proper storage and inventory.
Manage project receivables as per milestone billing.
Maintaining a MIS on all open sites and to be installed as per open orders.
Co-ordinate with Project managers on manpower deployment.
Managing and growing the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract ) business.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Understanding AV solutions and managing a team of 10-15 AV engineers /Technicians.
