Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to Promote and sell high-ticket Ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals and institutions across Gujarat. The role involves managing relationships with existing clients (e.g., ophthalmologists), cross-selling products, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Promote and sell high-ticket optical and surgical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
    • Identify and target new clients to expand the customer base within Gujarat.
    • Leverage market insights to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
    • Conduct regular visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Market Research and Planning:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Create detailed territory plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of Gujarat.
  4. Reporting and Coordination:
    • Track and report sales performance and client feedback to management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Medicine
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or high-ticket products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
