We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned head of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, digital marketing, business development, sales & marketing team management etc.  This pivotal role demands in-depth knowledge of the KPO industry, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales & marketing targets. 

  

Location – Ahmedabad, Gujarat 

Salary – As per the experience and knowledge 

Shift Timing – Flexible with shift timing (Night Shift or Evening Shift) 

Experience – 5 to 7 years of sales and marketing experience in KPO/IT industry. 

 

Job Description: 

  

Strategic Planning: 

  • Ability to Develop and execute a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy to meet revenue targets and expand our client base in the targeted market.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends to capitalize on growth potential.
  • Collaborate and work with senior management and team to establish realistic sales goals aligned with organizational strategy.

Marketing: 

  • Ability to generate lead through marketing campaign. 
  • Working experience for SEO, Email Campaign, Social Media Marketing, Events & Expo etc.
  • Planning and execute digital and social media campaigns from time to time. 
  • Knowledge of industry competitors.
  • Analyze market trends and incorporate the changes in strategy.
  • Manage and lead whole Marketing team to achiever desired targets.

Business Development: 

  • Find new clients via leads as well as from market research and increase sales to improve/ expand business.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve desired targets. 

Team Management: 

  • Lead a team of 10-12 members.
  • Set goals and evaluate performance.
  • Foster teamwork and innovation.

 

Skills and Other Requirements: 

  • 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience in KPO industry.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong understanding of KPO services (e.g, US accounting and taxation).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
  • Fluent in Communication
  • Well versed with CRM, Microsoft Excel, and other office tools.
