We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated In-House Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home position with a strong focus on sales, lead generation, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of generating leads and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other lead generation channels.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Manage and prioritize leads to maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.

Sales Process & Closing:
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.
- Regularly update and report on sales progress, meeting performance goals and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and client relationship building.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to work with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely in a sales capacity.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and email marketing platforms.
