Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Communication: Draft, proofread, and send professional emails to clients, partners, and internal teams.
2. Jewellery Sector Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of the jewellery industry to support product development, market research, and client relations.
3. Coordination: Work closely with senior executives to manage client inquiries and follow up on leads.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and reports.
5. Market Insights: Provide insights and updates about the latest trends and developments in the jewellery sector.
6. Support Tasks: Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge or prior experience in the jewellery sector is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client interaction.

Preferred Skills:

• Client servicing or sales within the jewellery industry.
• Basic understanding of supply chain or product development in jewellery.
