Job Description:

Shift In-Charge – Direct Reduction Plant (DRP)
Supervise and manage the operation of the Direct Reduction Plant during assigned shifts.
Monitor process parameters and ensure efficient production of high-quality direct reduced iron (DRI).
Coordinate with maintenance teams for immediate troubleshooting and repairs.
Enforce safety standards and ensure team adherence to operational protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and address operational issues promptly.
Prepare and submit shift performance reports, including production data and incidents.
Provide guidance and training to shift personnel to maintain high performance.
Requires 7+ years’ experience in DRP operations and strong leadership skills.
