Job Description:
- Must be well conversant with Piling and Aluminium formworks.
- Designing, planning & managing construction of projects from start to finish.
- Site investigation and analysis.
- Must have worked in Residential projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and site evaluations.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project timelines
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, codes, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and provide technical support to on-site teams.
- Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and budget overruns.
