REPORTS TO:

Functional Reporting: Director

Administrative Reporting: Senior Manager Operations

Compensation:

Assistant Manager Level: 4 lacs pa to 5 lacs pa. Plus accommodation reimbursement as per actual rent agreement (maximum Rs 3000/- per month). Plus Group Mediclaim / Personal Accident Policy as per Company norms. Plus Annual Performance Bonus as per the Company Policy.

Manager Level: 7 lacs pa to 8 lacs pa. Plus accommodation reimbursement as per actual rent agreement (maximum Rs 3000/- per month). Plus Group Mediclaim / Personal Accident Policy as per Company norms. ). Plus Annual Performance Bonus as per the Company Policy.

Work experience:

4-7 yrs (Assistant Manager Level)

7-10 yrs (Manager Level)

Education:

B.Sc – Wine Technology / M. Sc-Food Technology / PG Diploma – Food Technology / B. Tech (Food Technology) / PG Diploma in Wine Technology / P.G. Diploma in Fermentation, Distillery & Wine Technology.

Desired candidate profile-

  1. Must have knowledge of HACCP, as well as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Hygienic Practice (GHP).
  1. Must have experience & knowledge of Wine Making Process.
  2. Knowledge of Wine and Lab Analysis in any Vineyard/Winery.
  3. Expertise in grape crushing and wine processing.
  4. Decision making for quality and bottling of finished products.
  5. Only local candidates preferred who are willing to shift to Vijayapura (Karnataka)

 Primary Responsibility

  1. Overall Winery operations at Vijayapura winery (Karnataka).
  2. Handle raw material selection, determining a quality of grapes for winemaking.
  3. Active participation in winemaking, making different styles of wines.
  4. Determining quality, parameters of wine, stabilization, and blending of wine.
  5. The bottling of wines (Bottling operation.)
  6. Oversee Tank Hall operations.
  7. Tasting of wines.
  8. Assist in all aspects of Grape growing and Winemaking.
  9. Assist in all functions/ processes in the cellar.
  10. Assist in Harvest Time- Grape sampling.

Documentation-

  1. Daily & Weekly Report as per the Fratelli Wines standards.
