The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, manage, and grow a team, as well as set systems and processes in place to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement systems and processes to improve workflow and team efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed on time and to the highest standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of all projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Implement best practices and work towards continuous improvement in team management.
• Maintain strong communication within the team and with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in management roles, with a strong focus on team leadership and operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to set systems and processes in place and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the event industry is a plus but not required.
