Job Title: Event Operations Head / Event Manager (On-Ground)
Location: Kolkata

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual who can take complete ownership of events on-ground. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing events end-to-end at the venue, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full charge of events on-site as the Event Head / Point of Contact
• Oversee complete event execution including setup, coordination, and wrap-up
• Manage vendors, staff, and third-party agencies during the event
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met
• Handle last-minute challenges and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, logistics) before and during the event
• Ensure proper branding, setup, and overall event presentation
• Maintain client satisfaction by delivering a smooth and professional experience
• Prepare post-event reports and feedback
