Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our manufacturing team as an Injection Moulding Technician. This role involves operating and maintaining injection moulding machines, ensuring product quality, and assisting with production processes. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of plastic processing and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and operating injection moulding machines under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct quality checks on moulded products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of moulding machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Report any production issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/ITI in Plastics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of injection moulding processes and materials is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
