Experience:    5 - 7 years

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share in the corrugated box industry.
• Identify and target new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and strengthening client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with key accounts.
• Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to tailor sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print materials, and trade show participation, to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Establish and manage pricing strategies, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring targets are met.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report regularly to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality products, responsive communication, and excellent service.
