Job Description
| Preparation and verification of Companies Financial statements and Management Reports |
| Collaborating with internal and external auditors and dealing with Year end Closure timely and effectively |
| Perform tests to check financial information and systems |
| Prepartion and verification of Sales Reports, Income Statements and other Financial Reports for the company |
| Having Experience of handling Indian Tax regulation, Audits and GST requirements |
| Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting |
| Able to handle accounts receivable management and Accounts payable management process |
| Verification and analysis of VAT/ GST reports and other regulatory compliances of both UK and India |
| Preparation and verification of Payroll of the group of companies and reporting to management |
| Managing and mentoring Accountants and Junior Accountants and oversee the general accounting functions |
