Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Production Planning and Execution
- Plan, manage, and oversee assembly processes to meet production schedules.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor production KPIs (key performance indicators) like cycle time, output, and efficiency.

Quality Control
- Ensure that assembly processes meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality issues during the production process.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Process Optimization
- Evaluate assembly processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly lines.

Technical Support
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of new products.
- Provide technical guidance to the production team on complex assembly tasks.
- Troubleshoot technical problems on the shop floor.

Safety and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Train staff on safety practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Team Management
- Lead and motivate assembly teams to achieve production goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend training programs for team members.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive working environment.
